If you have received a product which is “damaged/ defective/ not as described” and you wish to return the product, all you need to do is raise a return request within a period of 48 hours from the date of delivery following the below steps:
Step 1: You can raise a replacement request by simply calling our customer care number at +9774514138 or by mailing us on our customer care email ID “info@beautyscentsnp.com”.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/ replace/ refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Following these easy steps will help us ensure that you get a resolution at the earliest.
We assure you that all products at Beauty Scents are checked properly by our efficient Quality Control team before they reach our boutiques or before they are shipped. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you.
Note:- Replacement is subject to availability of the product. If the product is out of stock you will receive a refund of the product amount paid while purchasing.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Yes. A sample/ gift with purchase is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Yes. A return can be created as per product level and if you have ordered multiple products, you can initiate a return/ replacement/ refund for any individual product. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
In case of a return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through wallet and cash on delivery, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
There are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios are as below:

Our Return Policy:
The replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.mdpindia.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
Shipping Returned Merchandise: We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Beauty Scents does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
Items Damaged in Shipping:
Beauty Scents is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at +9774514138 We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Beauty Scents, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).
For cancellations before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can simply call our customer care number at +9774514138 or mail us on our customer care email ID “info@beautyscentsnp.com”.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
For cancellations after shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please mail us on our customer care email ID “info@beautyscentsnp.com”.
In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/ condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
Cancellation of Order by Beauty Scents:
Beauty Scents reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 90% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Beauty Scents for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
Cancellation of Order by User
General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. www.beautyscentsnp.com has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.beautyscentsnp.com and accept Beauty Scents decision regarding the cancellation.
